4. Limitation of Liability

SimplyCreate AI UG (haftungsbeschränkt) shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on the use of this tool. The final responsibility for creative compliance and visibility rests with the advertiser. We are not responsible for any campaign performance issues or rejected ads resulting from the use of this tool.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
